Free Shipping Within the 48 Contiguous United States:
Ling Skincare Ltd. clients enjoy free USPS shipping on orders of $100 or more, not including shipping costs and taxes, within the contiguous United States.
International Orders:
For International orders please contact one our service agents at orders@lingskincare.com for best shipping options for your country.
Orders Processed for Shipment:
We generally ship out your order within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Not including weekends and holidays. Sometimes due to the high volume of orders, we will ship out your order as soon as possible and we will notify of any delay.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Inspection and Acceptance of Order:
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. Please email us immediately at orders@lingskincare.com if you notice any damage to the package or if you are missing any items.
Return Credit
Items that have been returned for a Ling Skincare Ltd. product credit will be refunded in the form of a product credit (a "Product Credit") at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax. If applicable, the return shipping charges will be deducted from the amount of the Product Credit. Product Credit may be redeemed only for the purchase of product on the Site and may not be used for the purchase of gift cards or services. Product Credit is not transferable and may not be combined with Product Credit belonging to others. At no time may you purchase, sell or barter any Product Credit. Product Credit is not redeemable for cash, unless required by law. The obligations represented by outstanding Product Credit may at any time be assigned to and assumed by any affiliate of, or successor to, the present or any future owner of the Ling Skincare Ltd. website, or any third party under contract with such present or future owner. You, as a Member, expressly consent to and authorize any such future assignment and assumption of outstanding Product Credit obligations, and you agree to look solely to such assignee in the event of any such transfer.
Return Refund
In the event you may need to request a refund any product you must contact one of our customer service agents via email at orders@lingskincare.com. After we receive your request, our agents will work to review it. If your refund is approved we will issue you a return authorization number. You must make your return and refund request within 30 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be sent to Ling Skincare Ltd., Attention: Returns 425 39

Returned items must be in good condition and unused. be returned to sender and denied a refund or return. Items that have been returned for a refund to your original form of payment will be refunded (a "Return Refund") at the original purchase price plus applicable sales tax, the return shipping charges (if any) and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Please note that in connection with the Return Refund, a refund to your original form of payment includes restoring any prior Product Credit or referral credits that you may have used for your purchase to your Ling Skincare Ltd. account. Refunds to your original form of payment will appear on your statement within seven days.
