Refund policy
Our customer satisfaction with our products is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact one of our customer service agents via email at orders@lingskincare.com for a return label within 14 days of your order date. Only products purchased directly from lingskincare.com may be returned for a refund. Products must be used at most 10% for a full refund. Refunds will be issued once our team receives and inspects the return package.
Our fulfillment centers work fast to keep up with high volumes of orders. Orders can not be canceled or adjusted in any way once placed.
Please note the following terms and conditions:
- Orders made during sitewide holiday sales, Black Friday and Cyber Monday are final sale and non-refundable. Price adjustments will not be honored during these limited time promotions.
- ALL discounted products, bundles and gift sets are final sale. No price adjustments, refunds or exchanges will be issued.
- Shipping costs (and import duties/tariffs for international customers) are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the return label cost.
